We conducted an extensive study using WebSort’s new image-sorting feature. The original site had categories which were not meaningful to users. From the results, it was immediately obvious that men and women think about shoes in very different ways, and our recommendation consisted of 22 intuitive categories - 14 for women’s shoes and 8 for men’s shoes.
